IMPHAL, Dec 27: Imphal West DFA and Imphal East DFA will clash in the final of the 23rd Junior boys Inter District Football tournament at khuman Lampak main Stadium at 1 pm tomorrow.
In another match played today SSC Sekta defeated OYSWC by 7-1.
In semifinal matches played today, Imphal West routed DSA, Bishnupur 5-0 while IEDFA defied DSA, Kakching’s challenge for a 3-2 victory.
Led by Kh Vicky, who scored a hattrict with strikes in the 14th, 61st and 78th minutes, Imphal West outplayed their Bishnupur rivals to storm into the summit round. H Naobi opened the score for the winning side while M Piyananda struck the team’s fourth goal in the 72nd minute.

DSA’ W amarjit was shown the red card in the 64th minute.
In the keenly contested second semifinal, Y Dinachandra opened the Imphal East score in the 28th minute with the lead restored by K Luckychand in the 35th minute after the Kakching side had neutralised through Sushil kumar four minutes earlier.
Even though Robinson restored parity for DSA in the 48th minute Md Imran ensured Imphal East reach the final with the matchwinner in the 72nd minute.
Rabichandra Football
IMPHAL, Dec 27: PRSTHH, Canchipur defeated PTPC, Pukhao by 3-0 goals in today’s first match of the ongoing M. Rabichandra Memorial football tournament being held at Kyamgei playground.
In the second match of the day, Panthoibi Youth Club of Bashikhong defeated APM, Uripok by 3-1 goals while in the third match of the day YOC Naharup defeated FW Wangkhei by three goals to nil.

IMPHAL, Dec 27: BSU, Nongpok Kakching defeated PYC, Pungdongbam by 3-2 in today’s first match of the Lamlai-Andro Kendra football tournament which being underway at Nongdam playground.In another match played today SSC Sekta defeated OYSWC by 7-1.
