Imphal, Feb 28: The 28 Assam Rifles Of 9 Sector Under HQ IGAR (S) organised a football coaching camp today at Assam Rifles Senior Secondary School at Keithelmanbi in collaboration with ADIDAS Coerver.

 A group of seven coaches from Adidas Coerver Foundation, Bikram, a well known sports enthusiast from the State provided valuable football tips to the budding students of the school. In all 100 students including 43 girls attended the coaching camp, stated a press release of PRO IGAR (S) today.

The camp provided a one time opportunity to the students from the remote area to hone up their football skills and enthusiasm shown by the students was recordable.  

In another occasion, 27 Assam Rifles presented sports amenities to Martin Grammar School, Kakching, during their 17th Annual Sports Meet 2012 at the school premises today.
