IMPHAL, Feb 14: The 15 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector will be organising an Open Football Tournament for Thoubal district from March 15 onwards aimed at promoting young players showcase their talent, informed a PRO IGAR (S) release.
Cash prizes would be awarded to the teams standing first, second and third as well as individual prizes to the best player, golden boot, etc winners of the tournament to be called ‘Thoubal Football Cup’.
Registration will be entertained till february 25 at the 15 Assam Rifles.
