NAVI MUMBAI: Mumbai FC U20 scored a 2-0 victory over Air India U20 in their third game to book a berth in the final phase of the U-20 Tournament for I-League teams at the Father Agnel School in Navi Mumbai.
The game was heading towards a goalless draw when in the 86th minute Mumbai FC’s Sagar Khanvilkar scored against the run of play. He got past the rival defence and rounded off the Air India goalkeeper to slot it home.
Mumbai FC have now all their three matches and hence, qualify for the final phase.
