Youth Organisation Sporting Club trounced Dimapur Road Athletic Organisation 4-0 in the opening match of the final round of the 55th Sir Churchand Singh KCSI, CBE Memorial Football Tournament at Mapal Kangjeibung today.
Dimapur Road team proved no match for the Youth Organisation, who virtually tore the defence to tatters.
Youth Organisation scored the opening goal in the 33rd minute with Moses Jajo finding the net after anticipating a corner kick from O. Ajay Singh.
Youth Organisation got cracking with Thotreichan M. consolidating in the 37th minute after collecting a left flank cross from K. Luckychand. O. Ajay Singh came up with his team’s third goal for a 3-0 lead.
Youth Organisation Sporting Club player hit the last nail in the coffin for Dimapur Road as K. Luckychand slammed home a volley from the penalty edge in the 69th minute for the victory today.
Youth Organisation Sporting Club will meet NISA in their next match.

Anouba Imagi Mangal moved into the final of the 28th Shirui Lily National-Level Football Tournament 2011, defeating Tiddim Road Unique Gamy Players Union by two goals at TN Ground in Ukhrul district today.
N. Rajesh and L. Gouro scored the winning goals for Anouba Imagi.
