Imphal, Nov. 14: North Eastern Reorganisation and Cultural Association edged past Young Physique Union 1-0 to enter the pre-quarterfinal of the 55th Sir Churchand Singh KCSI, CBE Memorial Football Tournament at Mapal Kangjeibung today.
