The All India Football Federation condoles the death of Bangalore Mars Football Club striker Venkatesh, who passed away in Bangalore on Wednesday (March 21). He was 27.
Venkatesh came on as a substitute in the second half for his club against South Western Railway in a Bangalore District Football Association ‘A’ Division match and collapsed during the fag end of the match. He had earlier represented the Karnataka State Team at the U-16 and U-19 level.
