AIFF Grassroots Course in Chandigarh ends on a high

New Delhi, April 18: From School teachers to Coaches! The All India Football Federation Grassroots Course conducted by Chandigarh FA between April 4-6, 2013 had participants from different spheres of life.
A total of 35 Grassroots leaders from Chandigarh were involved in the Programme. The Course included theory and practical sessions where the participants were given complete understanding of the philosophy, organisation and implementation of Grassroots football.
The Course was conducted by AIFF Grassroots Instructor Mr. Surinder Singh. On the last day of the festival, there was a Grassroots football festival attended by kids between 6-12 years of age. The Programme was supported by the District Schools Authorities in Chandigarh.
Earlier, the Course was inaugurated by Mr. Rakesh Bakshi, Honorary Secretary of the Chandigarh FA and Mr. R. K. Sharma Vice President of the Chandigarh FA.
