Imphal, May 16: In today's match of 24th Boys inter District Football Tournament-2013 being organised by All Manipur Football Association at Artificial Turf Ground, Khuman Lampak, DSA Kakching defeated DFA Thoubal by 4-0. N Chinglen of DSA Kakching scored two goals in the 16 and 17 minutes of the league round match, while Y Naresh and N Tingku scored one goal each in 58 and 66 minutes.

During the match, two players namely Kh Bidyashwar of DFA Thoubal and K Wanglen of DSA were given cautioned by umpires. In another match of the tournament, Imphal East District Football Association (IEDFA) defeated DSA, Bishnupur by 3-2 goals. Md Akbar Khan of IEDFA opened the first account of his team with a goal in the first 5 minutes of the play. With one goal each by H Suranjoy and M Bikey of IEDFA, the total goal tally was at 3 till the end of the game. The two goals of DSA Bishnupur were scored by H Anand and N Manglemnganba at 38 and 68 minutes respectively. During the match, H Telheiba of IEDFA was given caution.
