Centralise registration system for state players

Imphal, July 3: The AIFF has notified to implement Centralised Players' Registration System with effect from 15th July, 2013.

The system would generate a Unique ID for all players on whose basis they would be considered eligible to play in the tournament and the registration would be mandatory for players of all age groups, according to a press release from All Manipur Football Association (AMFA).

Consequently, annually a varied fee would be collected for each class of the player for the said registration; Rs 15000 for professional foreign players; Rs 10000 for Indian I-League players; Rs 5000 for 2nd Divisional players; Rs 5000 for State League players; Rs 5000 for Amateur Foreign players; Rs 2000 for State Association players; Rs 500 for district team players and Rs 100 for Academies players.

It also informed all DFAs/DSAs to submit filled prescribed format for registration to the office of AMFA by 14th July, 2013.
