Imphal, July 10: Radha Madhap Sanskrit Bidalaya, Bishnupur district emerged champion to defeat St. Meera English School, Imphal East 3-1 in the final match of the Under 17 Girls State Inter School Subroto Mukerjee Football Tournament organised by Department of Youth Affairs & Sports, government of Manipur at Main Stadium Khuman Lampak.

Ahead with one goal till the 14th minute, players of Imphal East district managed to keep the players of Bishnupur under control initially. However, soon after three minutes of the first goal, D Grace of Bishnupur netted a goal to equalise the score. After that there was no looking back for the Bishnupur team with another  goal from Ranjana in the 20th minute of the match. Ratanbala of the winning team added the third goal.
Chingeikim of Bishnupur was given yellow card by the match referee for her misconduct during the play.

Dr RK Nimai Singh (IAS), Commissioner (YAS), Government of Manipur; N Ashok Kumar (IAS), Director, YAS and L Ranjit Roy, Secretary of All Manipur Football Association, who witnessed the Tuesday's final match as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively, distributed the trophies and awards of the tournament.
