Imphal, May 17: Applications for transfer on loan for players within the state will be accepted only after the period of players' inter district & inter club transfer ends on 28th of February 2014.

In case of inter-state transfer, players should apply within the two registration periods- first window & second window inter-state transfer period, a release from All Manipur Football Association informed.
