Aussie coach to continue Residential Football Development Pro gramme

IMPHAL, Jun 5 : With the end of first phase of the Manipur Development Society-sponsored two-month Residential Football Development Programme, chief instructor Stephen David Darvy left the State on Tuesday and he will be replaced by Aussie Milan Milovinovich till the programme concludes on July 1.

The football development programme is being organised by All Manipur football Association at Khuman Lampak Artificial Turf with the support of Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Manipur.
Fifty-three year old Australian Milan is expected to arrive here on June 6 to continue the football development programme, being attended by 30 youngsters.

Meanwhile, the AIFF Category-II Referee Training Course organised by AMFA under the aegis of thge indian federation since May 1 concluded today at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex.

The training course was held under the supervision of AFC Referee Assessor Welter Perera, AIFF technical instructor P Bhaskar and AIFF physical fitness instructor MK Roy.
