IMPHAL, October 1: NISA, Thangmeiband defeated JSYC, Sadar Hills by 2-1 in today’s match of the MSL at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.

NISA somewhat improved its standing after today’s win, while the Sadar Hills team is at the bottom of the table just ahead of ESU.

Playing the 35th match of the league, S Herojit scored the first for the four times and defending MSL champions NISA in the 10th minute.

NISA scored another through Th Borish in the 62nd minute.

The lone goal for JSYC was scored by Thangsa Kipgen in the 74th minute.

NISA goalie, L Bishorjit Singh was cautioned in the 60th minute for handling the ball outside the penalty area.
